Because these are digital services, refunds are limited. We focus on fast replacement where applicable.
Replacement coverage
- If access fails within the warranty window shown for your product, we will replace or fix it.
- If the issue is caused by the provider (plan changes, enforcement, outages), we will assist as best as possible.
Not covered
- Customer changed credentials, shared access outside allowed use, or violated provider policies
- Device/IP restrictions ignored on shared/semiβprivate plans
- Failure to provide correct account information
